Chilean Green Grape Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 cups seedless green grapes, washed and stemmed 2428
  • 3 scallions, finely chopped, including several inches of green 2429
  • 2 Tbsp canned chopped green chiles 2430
  • 1/2 jalapeño chile, seeded and finely chopped 2431
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar 2432
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice 2433
  • 2tsp finely chopped fresh mint 2434
  • Pinch of salt 2435
Directions

Pulse grapes in a food processor until coarsely chopped and remove to a bowl. Stir in scallions, green chiles, jalapeño, vinegar, lime juice, mint, and salt.

Serves: 1-1/2 cups
