  • 1 package Knorr® Five Pepper Classic Sauce Mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water
    Evian Spring Water 1.5L

  • Whisk together Knorr® Five Pepper Classic Sauce Mix, water, ketchup and vinegar in medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
  • Season chicken, if desired with salt. Grill chicken over medium heat turning occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 25 minutes.
  • Brush chicken evenly with about half of the sauce. Grill, turning frequently, until glazed. Heat remaining sauce and serve with chicken.
  • Each serving of this chicken is a source of iron.

    Serve this chicken with sautéed green beans and baked yams for a nutrient-rich meal.
