Nectarine Smoothie

Ingrédients
  • 1 whole Chilean nectarine, pit removed 2760
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries 2761
  • ½ heaping cup Greek yogurt 2762
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed 2763
  • ½ cup coconut water 2764
  • optional: honey for sweetness, as needed 2765
Instructions

Blend all ingredients, taste for sweetness and add honey to your liking. Serve immediately.
