- Cook pancetta in large nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until crisp, about 3 minutes. Add shallot and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add cherry tomatoes to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in olives, capers and crushed red pepper flakes and cook, stirring occasionally, until saucy, about 4 minutes. Remove and set aside
- Cook Knorr® Sidekicks® Butter & Herb Pasta Side Dish in same skillet according to package directions. Stir in cooked tomato mixture. Garnish, if desired, with additional capers and chopped fresh parsley.
