  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained (19 oz/540 mL) 5856
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed & drained (19 oz/540 mL) 5857
  • 1 can tomato paste (5 1/2oz/156 mL) 5858
  • 1/2 cup water 5859
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley 5860

Instructions

A perfect pot-luck dish for easy entertaining.

Method
1. Remove casings from sausages.
2. Sauté sausage, onion and garlic in large saucepan over medium-high heat, breaking up meat with back of a spoon for about 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
3. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 50 to 55 minutes.

Tips


• Try Marcangelo Mild Italian or Turkey Sausages for less heat.
