Instructions
  • Blend the following ingredients into Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken. Add chicken to resealable plastic bag and marinate 15 minutes. Grill or broil until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  • For MAPLE MUSTARD BBQ RUB, blend with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) maple syrup, 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) whole grain mustard, 1 clove garlic, chopped, and 1 tsp. (5 mL) apple cider vinegar.
  • For ROSEMARY GARLIC BBQ RUB, blend with 1/4 cup (50 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) firmly packed brown sugar, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1 tsp. (5 mL) apple cider vinegar and 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) chopped fresh rosemary.
  • For SWEET CHIPOTLE BBQ RUB, blend with ¼ cup (50 mL) strawberry, peach or orange preserves, 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped sweet onion or shallots, 1 tsp. (5 mL) apple cider vinegar and 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground chipotle pepper.
  • For BUFFALO BBQ RUB, blend with 1/4 cup (50 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, 1Tbsp. (15 mL) firmly packed brown sugar and 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) cayenne pepper sauce*.
  • For WHITE PARMESAN ITALIAN RUB, blend with 1/4 cup (50 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp.(30 mL) grated parmesan cheese, 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) firmly packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. (5 mL) apple cider vinegar and 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) dried Italian seasoning.
